How To Remove Email From iOS Devices

How to Remove All Email From iOS Devices
Step 1:
Head over to the Mail app.
Step 2:
Click the inbox you would like to relieve of its unread count.
Step 3:
Click Edit.
Step 4:
Click Trash All (or its less-fun cousin, Mark All).
Step 5:
Click the Trash All/Archive All confirmation alert (or, if you’re Marking All, click Mark as Unread).
Remove multiple email messages
Step 1:
Head over to Mail and move to your Inbox.
Step 2:
Click Edit in the located in the upper-right corner, then click Select All. Or individually choose the emails that you like to delete.
Step 3:
Click Trash or Archive. If you only view Archive touch and hold Archive to view other choices like Trash Selected Messages.
If you want to undo removing an email, shake your device, then click Undo.
Remove a single email
Step 1:
Head over to the Mail and move to your Inbox.
Step 2:
Click Edit located in the upper-right corner, then pick the email that you like to delete.
Step 3:
Click Trash or Archive.
You can also swipe left over a single email to remove it.
While trying to remove a message within the email, hit and hold the Archive button or the Trash button, then click Trash Message or Archive Message.
Well, it depends on the type of email account you have, you probably view Archive rather than Trash when you try to remove emails. You can also edit your mailbox behavior settings to modify this.
Edit mailbox settings
If you want to manage your iCloud email account, that ends with icloud.com, mac.com, or me.com follow these instructions carefully:

Head over to Settings > Passwords & Accounts.

Depending on your email provider, you probably have the option to remove emails automatically after a certain amount of time.
